More bugs fixed

Applied the following fixes for issues

• Esc key will cancel blueprint/tile selection (pressing again will still send the player to end of game screen)
• Adaption buttons will remain hidden until they're unlocked
• When a blueprint is enabled, cursor will now be visible over rocks and outside the map
• Forced an appropriate FPS cap for when vsync is disabled
• Fixed zoom causing issues with tile images
